Extends cost accounting principles. Covers marginal costing absorption costing budgetary control standard costing and variance analysis for managerial decision-making.

Introduces human resource management at the operational level. Covers recruitment training wages and salary administration employee welfare and basic labour relations.

Introduces production and operations management. Covers plant layout production planning quality control work study and basic inventory management techniques.

Extends business statistics concepts. Covers correlation regression analysis time series hypothesis testing and statistical inference applied to business and management problems.

Continues the study of management principles. Covers advanced organisational structures delegation authority motivation theories and management control systems in business organisations.
