Advances management accounting techniques. Covers activity-based costing transfer pricing strategic cost management and performance evaluation in complex organisations.

Covers Nigerian labour legislation and its application in the workplace. Includes employment contracts worker rights trade union regulations and dispute resolution mechanisms.

Examines the global business environment. Covers international trade theory foreign direct investment multinational enterprises and the impact of globalisation on Nigerian businesses.

Extends managerial economics to macroeconomic applications. Covers national income analysis monetary policy inflation and their implications for business decision-making.

Advances strategic management concepts. Covers corporate strategy evaluation strategic alliances mergers and acquisitions and strategy implementation in dynamic business environments.
