Continues foundational accounting principles. Covers control accounts bank reconciliation depreciation and preparation of final accounts for sole traders.

Introduces basic psychological concepts including human behaviour perception motivation and their relevance to workplace and organisational settings.

Covers matrices and determinants linear programming and calculus as applied to business decision-making and quantitative problem solving.

Introduces computer hardware software and data processing concepts. Covers practical use of office productivity tools for business applications.

Examines macroeconomic concepts including national income money supply fiscal policy and their applications in a mixed economy.

Introduces the concept of enterprise and entrepreneurship. Covers opportunity identification business planning and basic requirements for starting and managing a small business.
