Develops foundational English language skills for academic and professional use. Covers grammar comprehension vocabulary essay writing and oral communication techniques.

Introduces microeconomic principles and their applications. Covers demand and supply price determination market structures cost theory and consumer behaviour in the Nigerian mixed economy.

Introduces basic accounting principles and bookkeeping. Covers double entry ledger accounts trial balance and preparation of simple financial statements for public and private organisations.
