Introduces surveying principles and techniques for building technology. Covers linear measurement levelling use of surveying instruments and basic setting out of building works on site.

Covers mathematical logic set theory matrices and linear algebra. Develops quantitative and analytical skills essential for building technology and construction programmes.

Develops foundational English language skills for academic and professional use. Covers grammar comprehension vocabulary essay writing and oral communication techniques.
