Covers trigonometric functions analytical geometry coordinate systems conic sections and their applications in solving electrical and electronics engineering mathematical problems.

Extends electrical power systems. Covers high voltage transmission power system protection load dispatch switchgear and substation design in national power distribution networks.

Advances computer hardware concepts. Covers microprocessor architecture memory systems interfacing peripheral devices troubleshooting and maintenance of computer hardware systems.

Provides practical entrepreneurship skills. Covers business plan development resource mobilisation marketing and financial management for small engineering and technology enterprises.

Advances electronics theory and applications. Covers power electronics thyristors inverters converters digital integrated circuits and their industrial and engineering applications.

Advances English communication skills for technical and professional contexts. Covers technical writing public speaking correspondence and effective use of language in engineering practice.
